As the seasons begin to shift, autumn invites us to slow down, reconnect and embrace a gentler pace. This immersive day brings together yoga, a breath-work and nervous system workshop, a nourishing three-course lunch, thermal bathing, time in nature and a deeply restorative closing practice.

PAUS is a peaceful wellness sanctuary. Surrounded by wild meadows and open skies. It offers the perfect setting to slow down, reconnect and embrace the changing season.
Our light-filled yoga studio offers a calm and welcoming space to move, breathe and rest. Between sessions, you’re invited to explore the meadows, wander the barefoot trail, or simply slow down and soak up the peace of your surroundings.
TOGETHER WE’LL BEGIN
With a welcoming drink before moving into an energising yoga practice designed to awaken the body and settle the mind.
We’ll then explore simple breath-work techniques and learn how to work with the nervous system, giving you practical tools to support calm, regulation and resilience long after the retreat has ended.
After a nourishing three-course lunch, you’ll have time to enjoy PAUS’s thermal bathing experience, wander the barefoot trail and immerse yourself in the peaceful surroundings.
We’ll close the day with a gentle restorative practice and guided meditation, allowing you to integrate the day’s experiences and leave feeling grounded, refreshed and deeply nourished.
